Position Title: Business Development Assiciate

Location: Mercedes-Benz of Westminster
Reports to: General Sales Manager
Number of Available Positions: 1
Purpose: As the first point of contact, the Business Development Associate
is responsible for supporting the dealership's New and Pre-Owned departments
while providing superior client experiences via telephone and the internet.
Essential Duties:
- Handle all inbound sales
calls, not directed to the Sales Representatives.
- Schedule appointments using
dealership-approved forms.
- Place a high number of
outbound sales calls.
- Listen to and help interpret
customer's statements accurately.
- Respond to all Internet
requests.
- Utilize company scripts.
- Set sales appointments for
client visits.
- Keep current with all
products including make and model changes and/or enhancements, marketing
initiatives and competitive offers.
- Actively participate in all
team meetings, training and events
- Maintain accurate files on
database and communicate client feedback and trends to management for
review.
- Meet and exceed departmental
benchmarks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or the
equivalent.
- One to three years sales
experience or college degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
skills.
- Computer experience with
ability to type 50 wpm.
- Professional, friendly and
enthusiastic disposition.
- Be self-motivated, organized
and have the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to collaborate with
other dealership personnel.
- Call center experience
preferred.
- Must be a team player with
impeccable honesty and integrity.
- Maintain a high level of
professional personal appearance and conduct.
