Purpose: To ensure an extraordinary client experience
while creating client advocates.
Essential Duties:
Ensure all vehicles on the
daily routing sheet are cleaned and detailed according to the dealership
and Mercedes-Benz' expectations.
Coincide delivery of cleaned
and/or detailed vehicle with scheduled delivery time.
Remove protective coverings
and protect vehicle information on new vehicles for delivery to customer.
Inspect the vehicle for
stains, debris or damage before returning to customer and report any
damages to management immediately.
Understand and comply with
federal, state and local regulations, such as safety requirements,
hazardous waste disposal, OSHA, and Right-to-Know, etc.
Utilize all available
information to ensure proper resolution of problems.
Provide prompt, efficient and
quality service to customers and dealership.
Take initiative to exceed
customer satisfaction, even if it requires overcoming obstacles.
Present self as a positive
role model by demonstrating commitment to the department, customers,
dealership and company.
Listen actively to understand
others completely.
Prioritize work to ensure all
deadlines are met.
Attend training classes as
directed by management.
Qualifications:
One year experience in
automotive detail environment
Must have valid in-state
driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
and safe driving habits in order to drive both customer vehicles and
demonstrator vehicles.
Must be insurable.
Ability to collaborate with
the public - if necessary
Ability to collaborate with
other dealership personnel
Must be a team player
with impeccable honesty and integrity
Proficient knowledge of tools
and materials needed to perform departmental duties ensuring a high level
of customer satisfaction.
