Amby & Win,

Just wanted to let you know everything is  perfect so far on
the trip. We were treated very well by the Mercedes-Benz
delivery people and really enjoyed the factory tour especially
all the things they can do with the robots. The accomodations
have been outstanding, tonight we are in Telfs, Austria and
when we drove into the parking garage it seemed like we were
driving into a Ritz Carlton lobby, the rest of the hotel and
the rooms are even more spectacular.
We also love Elaine's new
car, it really did well on the Auto Bahn and the E350 is also
great, I may have to buy a Mercedes next year so we can make
another trip.

Ryan in the Service Department went above and beyond, as always, to help replace our damaged windshield.
A phone call to Ryan is like a conversation with a friend. He shows confidence and the most exceptional customer
service. This, coupled with Rick in the Finance Department, making a personal phone call to our windshield
insurance company, made our experience comfortable. Also, we live 3 hours away, so there is a little more
that goes into warranty work for our vehicle. It is never implied that we are inconveniencing anyone, as this
is portrayed by Ryan, as well as the driver. I mention this because the driver, Bob, who delivered our vehicle,
mentioned a problem with the glow light on our display and had it repaired under our warranty with no questions
asked. We didn't even know this took place until after we read the paperwork when the problem was fixed.
This is just another example of the quality of people Mercedes-Benz of Westminster hires. Even their drivers
take initiative and care in their work. We had a very positive experience and look forward to working with the
dealership again.

Katie O'neill was a joy to work with. We had four crazy kids with us all under the age of 6 and she helped us
a ton handling them for the period of time we were there. She was very honest and it was extremely easy
dealing with her. Lance helped us with the paper work, he he got us out of there very quickly since the children
had just about destroyed the dealership.

I was greeted very promptly when I arrived and my truck was finished ahead of schedule. My Advisor (Brian)
was well informed about how to handle the necessary repairs on the electrical systems that I was having a
problem with and made me feel at ease about turning the truck in for service warranty. I like my truck very
much and I am always concerned when something is wrong with it that is it repaired correctly. I never have
a worry at MB Westminster. The loaner car program also worked very quickly and efficiently. I was greeted in
a courteous manner and was back out on the road in a few minutes. I appreciate all the dealership personnel
that I have worked with to date and their concern for my time and schedule. MB Westminster is a QUALITY
organization from front to back.

Westminster MB was excellent. I do have a complaint about Murray Motors MB in Denver, however. It turns
out that the major repair on my vehicle was replacing the Right Front Axle caused by a leak. And it turns out
that the leak was first noticed by Murray Motors in Nov 2006 and ignored although noted in their report. In Nov
2007 they did not even noted. Had it been repaired in 2006 and maybe even in 2007, the axle would not have
been damaged and need replacing. As it is because of the poor service at Murray Motors, it cost me $1700
unnecessarily. Even if there was damage in 2006, at that time it would have been covered by the warranty.
Furthermore, in 2006, Murray Motors talked me into purchasing an Extended Warranty for $2600 which as it
turned out did not cover this repair in 2008. Needless to say that I am very unsatisfied with Murray Motors.
However, I am very satisfied with Westminster and very glad that they saw it and repaired it so that I and my
family would not one day be stranded.

On the day on stopped in, with no appt.-I was reassured the car door mechanism would be fixed, and I was
"chauffeured" to my appt. on time and my car was ready on my return. I had no idea what had happened, but
will make sure my seat belt is out of the way of the door jam! And a car wash is always welcomed! Thank you
