1/29/2012Have been a customer at MB Westminster for years. Had my ML in to get some work done and decided to walk thru the showroom while I was waiting. As I started to look at the new ML, I was approached by Hayley Krushe. She was very friendly and did not at all seem in a rush to 'sell'--just wanted to know if I had any questions. We ended up going for a test drive on a Thursday and I returned the following Monday to make my purchase. Hayley is very knowledgeable about the ML, about the dealership, about the process---everything. I am VERY pleased with the service I received from her and will definitely recommend her to my friends. Thanks so much Hayley for making the process so painless. PS---I LOVE my new ML!!!!

1/27/2012Yesterday, I just dropped in to see what Terry Mason thought about repairing a tire lug socket stripped by Discount Tire while rotating my tires. But he and his team fixed the problem and had me on my way within an hour or so! A Dodge dealer wanted to replace the axle after a 30 sec look in the parking lot for $886 - I won't be going there again. Terry has been an exceptional adviser for me on some past issues regarding my Sprinter. Thanks for your team's outstanding service!!

1/26/2012Scott did a good job....I live near Murray Motors and they are terrible. They were dismissive of my concerns about my premature tire wear whereas Scott was not. He took the time to measure the tread and it was determined that Murray has likely been overinflating them all this time when my wife gets her service there - due to the center wear pattern. They would not own up to this and were dismissive as I said. Scott did a great job and trimmed the fat on price as best he could also.
