My MB Sales representative, Steve Litwin, was knowledgeable about the MB products I was interested in possibly 
purchasing, explored various options with me regarding vehicles available at the dealership and valued my time. 
Steve was candid as to realistic purchasing prices of the various vehicles I was interested in, well educated on the 
financing rates offered via MB financial and was articulate, personable and humorous in his presentation. In addition, 
he topped off the purchasing experience by leaving a classy MB stainless tumbler in the cup holder upon delivery of 
my new MB GLK. I'm a very satisfied MB of Westminster customer though it sure would have been a nice gesture if the 
Sales Manager had thrown in some All-Season floor mats to make me feel as though he too went above and beyond to 
make me a completely happy camper with the entire MB of Westminster experience!

Scott Casselman does a good job with working with the schedule and demands I have for the vehicles. The

I would like to commend the sales representative, John Wahl, and the associate who was assigned the job 
of teaching me how to use the multi-function display in the instrument panel, the Navigation System, phone 
interface, iPod connections and controls, and the overall system set up flexibility, Crystal Hopp. Both individuals 
stayed late - well past the regular closing time (we had to have the doors unlocked to leave each time I visited) 
to make sure I was comfortable with the steps taken to purchase the vehicle and then to master the operation 
of the human - machine interface. I am a long time Mercedes-Benz owner, and found the dealership, as represented 
by these two individuals and the manager who also stayed late with me the night I purchased the vehicle a very 
visible display of dedication to my satisfaction with my selection of the vehicle.
