As soon as we walked in we were treated with a smile by the receptionist and great attitudes! Great welcome by Ben and talked in depth on what & why we were here visiting this MB Dealerhip. Long story quickly, we looked into options and many questions and he was never pushy "What is it going to take for you to drive home today" lingo. We took a quick test drive came back and let him know we had to 'talk about it', never a second hesitation on further sales tatics you may get else where. He kept in contact with me via email on questions, etc... Then the 2nd Week going by I texted him early, mean early!.. on letting him know that we're on! He had the Car ready for us when my wife and I arrived, we're in there less than an hour!Outstanding Customer Service, everyone had great attitudes and there with any answers on any given question!Thanks Ben and Team MB Westminster, we will certainly let all know of your service and pride in the MB brand!Lanny & Kelly

This is our 3rd vehicle from MB Westminster and we have had nothing but fantastic service each time. After our initial experience, we decided to look "first" at MB of Westminster before looking anywhere else, which was our last stop as well.

 

I must say that Crystal Hopp is by far one of the best consultants I have experienced while purchasing a car. She made us feel extremely comfortable and confident in our purchase. At the same time, she answered any of our questions regarding our selection of vehicles with confidence and pride.


We currently are set with 2 beautiful cars (ML350 & C300) in our garage at this time that should last us awhile. However, when we do look for our next vehicle, we will once again look to MB of Westminster. Thank for a great experience.
